Work has began on pouring the foundation.

Introducing the next phase of construction: Perimeter walls, roads and drainage system are in the works. Also, works along the entrance area next to the office, including parking lot and landscaping have started.
Furthermore construction of checkpoints, water storage tanks, technical rooms and the installation of a waterfall in the entrance area is ongoing.

Construction update: Access roads are taking shape, the security guard house is rising, and soon lush gardens will transform the scenery.

Construction of the first villas has started! Foundation piles are being installed and construction of the foundations will start in the next few days. We are also finalizing the construction of the gatehouse, access roads and of course the fountains that will decorate the entrance to the complex.
